Hmm. Off into Nordmarka again - this time up past Rikshospitalet and along to Sognsvann then up the slope to Åklungen. About 4.5km from start - puncture.

So - OK - get the tube out - find the hole - prepare it - grab the new tube of glue from the repair kit - hmm - unopened (still sealed) but must have been a hole - as now completely empty (doesn't make it any better to know that there is another new tube on the desk at home).

So - on with the reserve innertube, Decide to head home. Get about 500m - oh dear - something must have damaged it in the saddlebag - this one is also punctured. Can get about 500m for each time I pump it up. So here we go.

Get as far as Sognsvann carpark - for the third pumpung - and - oh dear - wonder when that spoke broke.

So - wheel the bike to the t-bane station and take the t-bane home. Going to have to get two new inners (one is very old and far too many patches and the other seems to have valve seal damage) and perhaps a new wheel (that was the third time I bust a spoke - so its probably gone way out of shape now).
