Ingredients

orenge lentils

large onion

oz
butter
1
egg
1⁄2
tsp
marmite
1

salt
Instructions
Wash lentils
Boil with salt, minimum 20 mins
Soften onion in butter
Strain lentils
Mix with onion
Add a beaten egg
Add marmite
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins
Optionally - add some mushrooms to step 3
