A savoury bake

Ingredients

  • 4 oz orenge lentils
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 oz butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 tsp marmite
  • 1 pn salt

Instructions

  1. Wash lentils
  2. Boil with salt, minimum 20 mins
  3. Soften onion in butter
  4. Strain lentils
  5. Mix with onion
  6. Add a beaten egg
  7. Add marmite
  8. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins

Optionally - add some mushrooms to step 3
