Description
A savoury bake
Ingredients
- 4 oz orenge lentils
- 1 large onion
- 1 oz butter
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 tsp marmite
- 1 pn salt
Instructions
- Wash lentils
- Boil with salt, minimum 20 mins
- Soften onion in butter
- Strain lentils
- Mix with onion
- Add a beaten egg
- Add marmite
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 mins
Optionally - add some mushrooms to step 3
