I wanted to be able to link to the geocaching.com website for caches automatically depending on the categorization of a post.

Each post that has to do with geocaching already had the geocache names (e.g. GCHZVF or GCRHWQ) associated with them in the Geocaching category.

So - I decided to create a module to do the work for me.

Starting from the carpark near the huts - round Femsjøen via Aremark with a side trip to Sommerro and then down to Tistedal - again off to one side up to Brekke sluser (lock) and the geocache: GCPKR0 - Brekke sluser [Brekke staircase-lock].

3rd June 2006: 48.1km.

A lovely spring day - what better chance to Chris and Elizabeth to go for a walk round the local area to see if we could find some geocaches.

First - GCHZVF - HYSSE#19 "Spring Cache". Its only 260m from home - and I never knew it existed. We found the waterfall - and in full flood too. Didn't manage to find the cache though - a little hard to go clambering about riverbanks with Elizabeth in the carry-rucsack.

Second - GCRHWQ - Mor#17 The old smithy. A nice walk through the Gaustad hospital - some really nice old buildings there. We found the smithy - but sadly - again - failed to find the actual cache.
